I ordered their special unagi (eel) poke and a hibiscus tea. Both tasted so amazinggg!! The ingredients in my poke bowl were so fresh and everything went so well together. The eel (2 large pieces btw!) was nicely cooked covered with sweet, delicious eel sauce and the Japanese egg was fluffy and sweet . My sister ordered Skuna Bay Poke with salmon/caviar so I tried a little of hers and OMG the salmon was super fresh that it literally melted in your mouth!!! I definitely need to go back and get that poke bowl. I was also surprised how generous the staffs were when it comes to the ingredient! The portion size was huuuge but I still finished in like 5 minutes anyway cause it was DELICIOUS!

This is my first Poke experience and wow! The combination of flavors is phenomenal. The ingredients are so fresh and the mix of all the ingredients is really what makes each poke bowl so unique and flavorful.
I went again later in the week to try a different bowl to see if my opinion would change otherwise but it hasn't. I really enjoyed The Crew and the Spicy Tuna bowl.
The selection of teas was also great. Try the hibiscus flavor. It tasted so refreshing and complimented the bowl very well I feel.
It is a bit pricey, but that's only because of how obvious it is that you are getting the best and most fresh ingredients in your food.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick bite to eat something delicious on the go or if you are in the mood to get a satisfied belly without over eating

Staff is amazingly nice! You are greeted with a warm welcome as soon as you walk in. The place extremely clean and the decorations are fun to look at.
Their poke bowls are VERY generous portioned and really fresh. I made my own creation and added additional protein. There are lots of sides to choose from and I have a couple favorites already!
They also serve a variety of exotic flavored teas! I got the hibiscus tea with a house made cranberry honey mix. Hey also sell the honey mixes, so you can add into your waters or teas right at home. I have made it with earl grey tea and it's amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

New kid in town and definitely a great one to say! There's not many poké places in New Jersey for some reason...all of my experiences have been in Manhattan so far. I have tried the OG before so I held high standards to this type of cuisine haha.
First off, the decoration is on point. It give off both a clean-wooden and modern vibes with a touch of Hawaiian. They leave a lot of spaces for customers to simply grab n go, especially during the lunch hours. I could imagine that daily lunch rush hour just like most poké places. Nevertheless, you can also enjoy a bowl there because there's plenty of bar seats.
The two main factors that outshined a lot of places are: the Freshness of the fish and the Portion. These two items are their major pros. I look for big, fresh chunks of tuna and salmon because that should be the center of the meal, and not soaked into a sea of lettuce and sauces - a lot of poké tend to have that problem. The bowls are filled up with good amount of fish and other ingredients.
Recommendation: try all the chef's signature bowls before you make your own bowl first. There's something about them that you won't be able to try elsewhere. Enjoy!

Chic new corner spot for fantastic and fresh poke bowls in North Jersey!
The 10 preset bowls are thoughtfully curated and come with a signature flavour to distinguish them from one another (and from any other restaurants serving poke). The juicy salmon sashimi chunks are elevated by the wasabi yuzu soy sauce in the Skuna Bay bowl, while the crunchy shallots and crispy taco bits were a fun way to infuse Mexican flavours into Japanese Hawaiian fusion. There are actually a few choices that use all-cooked ingredients - make sure to ask the chefs if you don't prefer raw fish!
I particularly love the tea bar next to the checkout. The big glass containers show off the colours of the tea, and they become a refreshing treat after being hand-shaken with ice and fruits. The Ceylon grapefruit reminds me of classic lemon ice tea with bitter notes, while the Jasmine kumquat is a fresh take of Korean honey-citrus tea. There is a hot matcha latte on offer right now - perfect for the winter and better than the Starbucks next door.
The co-founders are certainly passionate about this, and it was great to watch them answer questions, make recommendations and work on their craft for the local community.

So excited to finally see a poke spot open up in North Jersey! This sleek and modern fast casual restaurant serves up different spin-offs of the delicious and trendy poke bowl, which is the popular Japanese Hawaiian fusion dish taking NYC by storm.
I stopped by for dinner on Grand Opening day and was impressed with how smooth and seamless the service was for Day 1. The menu offers several signature bowls (with some intriguing/innovative options like "El Taco" and the "Philly") and custom make-your-own poke bowls. For those who don't prefer raw fish, they also have tofu, crab salad, chicken, and unagi bowls, which all looked like fantastic alternatives.
I ordered The Crew, which is a rice bowl topped with tuna chunks, fish roe, pineapple bites, crispy fried onions, cashews, rice cracker puffs, jalapeno, and a light wasabi mayo and teriyaki sauce. The balance of flavors in this dish (with the sweet pineapple and subtle spiciness of the jalapeno and wasabi mayo) were perfect, and I LOVED the different textures in this dish. The fish tasted very fresh with top notch quality. I also tried a few bites of the Skuna Bay, which tasted lighter with a soy sauce base but was still packed with flavor. This one is probably a little closer to what I think of as a "traditional" poke bowl.
Service overall was professional, accommodating, and quick. The co-founders were extremely friendly and excited to talk about their food, so don't be shy about asking questions. Can't wait to come back and try other flavors.

Just had my first poke today, I got the Futo Poke but instead of the wasabi shoyu, I got the teriyaki and yuzu kosho mayo, which turned out to be really good! The price is reasonable for the portion you received. I thought the portion was very generous and it was bigger than what I had imagined, I was full before I even got to finish it! I loved the tamago (Japanese style egg omelette) and the tuna was really fresh and delicious. I normally don't eat sashimi but this was so fresh that you wouldn't get that fishy taste, which means they use top ingredients and fresh fish as advertised. To pair with my poke, I also had the Jasmin honey kumquat iced tea. The iced tea was very refreshing and soothing with the taste of citrus.
The store was very nicely decorated and it was very clean. The customer service was excellent, the owners explained what some of the ingredients are if you have questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place out and I will be back to try the other signature poke and drinks as well!

I've been looking forward to the opening of this place, so the wait was worth it! I'm a fan a poke, and this place is conveniently located in Englewood. I stopped by here for lunch with a coworker at their grand opening.
The customer service was good, although at first I was a bit disappointed, but that changed. I called prior to going there to order pick up, which they said was OK to do, but when we got there the food wasn't even ready. I understand that it was their first day, but I was annoyed at the fact that they had taken my order on the phone and told me it would be ready. However, they were apologetic and while we waited, they gave us complimentary shaken iced teas. The crew definitely redeemed themselves despite all the chaos occurring at their grand opening!
I ordered the Skuna Bay poke, and I've got to tell y'all that is was amazing. The fish was well portioned and tasted so fresh, all the flavors in this poke worked well with each other. My coworker got the Philly and had the same thoughts on how flavorful and delicious the poke was! I really can't express how good it was, so head over to Poke Crew!
I'll definitely be coming back regularly during lunch! Hopefully the pick up arrangements will be fixed, cause that would be even better!
